All prices displayed in-store, online, or on social media are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may be changed at any time without prior notice.

Trio by Maham reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at its discretion.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting abusive behavior, misuse of services, or violation of our policies.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their behavior within the premises does not disturb staff or other guests.

All food and beverages are prepared fresh to order using carefully selected ingredients.
Customers must inform our staff of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or sensitivities before placing an order.
Trio by Maham shall not be held responsible for allergic reactions resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.
Food and beverage items are prepared for immediate consumption and are not intended for resale or prolonged storage.
Customers are expected to maintain cleanliness and respectful conduct within cafe seating areas.

Flowers and plants are natural and seasonal items; therefore, differences in size, color, fragrance, and bloom stage are normal and unavoidable.
Flower longevity depends on environmental conditions and care after purchase.
Custom floral arrangements, bouquets, or event orders must be confirmed in advance and are subject to flower availability.
In case a specific flower is unavailable, Trio by Maham may substitute it with a similar flower of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall design.

Books are sold in new condition unless clearly stated otherwise.
Minor printing inconsistencies, publisher changes, or paper texture differences are not considered manufacturing defects.
Availability of titles is subject to stock and supplier limitations.
Trio by Maham is not responsible for content, opinions, or viewpoints expressed in books sold.

All transactions, services, and interactions with Trio by Maham are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
